We just arrived and I think we just reached heaven! The staff is so welcoming and amazing. So excited for the rest of our stay! The kids are very happy, they got gifts and cake. Wow! Beautiful hotel and spacious rooms

The Marquis Reforma is a luxurious and well-located hotel right on Paseo de la Reforma, making it an excellent base for exploring Mexico City. Chapultepec Park, major museums, restaurants, and shopping are all within easy walking distance, which makes sightseeing very convenient. The service is one of the hotel’s strongest points. From check-in to departure, the staff is professional, friendly, and attentive, always ready with recommendations or assistance. The rooms are clean, spacious, and comfortable, everything is well maintained and inviting. Junior Suites are very spacious and comfortable if you can spend a little more. The spa is a standout feature and worth setting aside time for. With pools, sauna, and a relaxing atmosphere, it’s perfect for unwinding after long days of exploring the city. The hotel also offers several dining options with a mix of international and Mexican cuisine, and room service is reliable if you prefer a quiet night in.

I recently stayed at the Marquis Reforma in the Premium Loft, and overall everything was excellent. The room was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable — honestly, everything was perfect and exactly what I needed. I did book through a third-party website, and I believe some of the photos on that site showed a hot tub on the terrace, which my room did not have. That said, the room itself was very luxurious. The staff was amazing from start to finish, and the manager was especially professional and welcoming (I wish I could remember his name). Customer service was top tier. The location is perfect, and I would definitely stay here again.

After contacting via WhatsApp to see if they had day of massages available I was pleasantly surprised they did! My friend and I purchased day passes for the spa and 2 massages. I purchased an 80 min hot stone (or geothermal) massage and it was absolute heaven. Would absolutely book again. There is a fee for not being a hotel guest but it was well worth it to me after hiking all day. It is pricey for Mexico but was very worth it to me and my sore body. The charges include up to 2 hours in the jacuzzi, sauna, steam room area. The massage therapist was excellent. She took her time, checked in with me lot, adjusted temperature at the start perfectly, and I was very relaxed and grateful. Thank you so much!

My week at Hotel Marquis was truly memorable, thanks to three standout qualities: the warmth and attentiveness of the staff, the impeccable cleanliness throughout the property (including my standard room on the second floor, with no view), and the exceptional comfort of the bed. While the bathroom showed signs of age with cracked tiles, it was spotless and clearly maintained with care. One small disappointment was the separate charge for Nespresso capsules in the room. It’s a minor fee, but for a hotel of this caliber, it felt a bit like nickel & diming. Complimentary coffee and tea are offered in the lobby each morning, which is a nice touch, though the coffee was lukewarm on all three occasions I tried it. Top marks and special thanks to Javier V. at concierge, whose responsiveness and professionalism were invaluable when I misplaced my purse and passport. He sprung into action with such calmness and efficiency. Elias at the Heritage Bistro Bar also deserves praise for making us feel genuinely welcomed during our meals. His great sense of humor and attentive service made every lunch and dinner a pleasure. Don’t miss the brick oven pizza on the upstairs patio… so good. The hotel’s location is unbeatable: within a 15-minute walk you’ll find four museums, countless restaurants and cafés, and best of all, a strong sense of safety and comfort in the area. I highly recommend Hotel Marquis and would love to return to experience the spa next time.

Well, if I use less stars, probably no one will see my opinion. This happened just from October 22nd to the 28th, 2025. 1. Is not well maintained, the lower water tap in the shower was completely damaged (broken rubbers) and so the pressure didn't went well. Right after 3 days of complaining finally someone took care of the situation. 2. The bath robe was so old and washed, that the tissue was simply worn out. 3. The cherry on the top was the Management. I traveled with a Top Tier Corporate group from the US. When arrived, at the front desk they told me and two other colleagues that our reservation was there but not payed by the client (when all the rooms were in place two weeks before -confirmed and payed). So I thought something weird happened, still proceed with payment with my Credit Card so that I could move on with my work. Then, at the check-out, all of the sudden at the front-desk they made me sign a notice for the refund, using the excuse as follows: "Our Corporate Sales Manager didn't send the information to us at the right time, that's why we charged you" So at the end, I'm waiting the refund on my CC, still my client was charged in advanced, so at the end they doubled the charge. Nice and clever system to play 15 days with almost $10,000 USD. Of course we don't know how many other people had the same double charge, so probably Hotel Marquis Reforma or maybe The Leading Hotels, pay their own debts doubling charges and then refunding after 10 to 15 days !!! What a Luxury Experience! Be ready for anything when visiting Hotel Marquis Reforma or probably the whole chain as well...

A fantastic hotel with staff that is dedicated to service and very friendly. Communication was smooth in both English and Spanish. I enjoyed my stay a lot. Located at Reforma and close to Chapultepec it is a fantastic starting point for exploring the touristic part of Mexico City. The street side rooms overlook Reforma, giving a nice city view.

Kinda far from what I wanted to do in Mexico city, but overall nice place to stay if you're looking for a safe place that cleans every day
